We have distributed Impact Aid forms on blue paper to all students during their third period class on yesterday. Students who have not received a form should report to the main guidance office upon their return to shcool. The federal government requires that we have a completed form for every student; so, if you have more than one child who is a student in Richland School District Two, then you will need to submit the form separately for each child by December 19. Also, the government requires that each form be completed in ink and includes the parents' signature.
